اهمیت رفتار بهداشتی کلنیهای زنبور عسل در مقاومت به کنه ی واروآ
سید بانو حسینی1، غلامحسین طهماسبی2، مراد پاشا اسکندری نسب3، محمد بابایی4 1- دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد ژنتیک و اصلاح نژاد دام دانشگاه زنجان 2- استاد پژوهش مؤسسه تحقیقات علوم دامی کشور 3- دانشیار گروه علوم دامی دانشگاه زنجان 4- مربی پژوهش مؤسسه تحقیقات علوم دامی کشور مقدمه زندگی اجتماعی درون کلنیها همراه با محیط لانه نسبتاً ثابت که در آن هزاران فرد در کنار یکدیگر در تعامل هستند و حضور منابع ذخیرهای شهد و گرده، زنبوران عسل را اهدافی جذاب برای عوامل بیماریزا و انگلها قرار داده است (11). زنبوران عسل دنیا با انواع بیماریهای انگلی و بیماریزایی دست به گریبان هستند. از عوامل بیماریزای زنبور عسل، ویروسها، باکتریها، قارچها، پروتوزئرها و ریکتسیاها میباشند که در این میان میتوان به بیماریهای لوک آمریکایی[1]، لوک اروپایی[2]، لاروگچی[3]، فلجی حاد و مزمن[4] و نوزما[5] اشاره نمود که سالانه خسارات جبران ناپذیری را به این حرفه وارد میکنند. از خطرناکترین آفات زنبور عسل میتوان به کنهها اشاره کرد. تا کنون بیش از 150 گونه کنه در ارتباط با زنبور عسل شناسایی شده است. کنه واروآ جدیترین خطر برای زنبوران عسل به خصوص نژاد اروپایی زنبور عسل معمولی است که گسترش جهانی دارد. این کنه ابتدا از طریق زنبوران هندی به نقاط مختلف آسیا و سپس اروپا وارد شده و در حال حاضر در سراسر جهان انتشار یافته است (1). در زنبوران عسل معمولی، کنهی واروآ هم بر روی نوزادان کارگر و نر وهم زنبوران بالغ فعالیت دارد و خسارات اقتصادی زیادی را برای پرورش دهندگان این گونه به علت تغذیه از همولنف زنبوران نوزاد و بالغ، انتقال عوامل بیماریزای ویروسی، ضعیف شدن و نابودی کلنی به همراه داشته است (2و4). 1.American Foul Brood (AFB) 2.European Foul Brood (EFB) 3 .Chalk brood 4.Acute and Chronic Bee Paralysis Virus 5 .Nosema

گزارش مگس مگاسلیا اسکالاریس.(Megaselia scalaris (Diptera :Foridae از کلنی های زنبور عسل ایرانی(Apis mellifera meda) در منطقه طالقان
نویسندگان: محمد عبدی گودرزی( بخش انگل شناسی- مسئول آزمایشگاه رفرانس کنه شناسی) مجتبی محرمی(رئیس بخش تحقیق و تشخیص بیماریهای زنبور عسل و کرم ابریشم و حیات وحش) غلامرضا کریمی (رئیس بخش انگل شناسی) چکیده: نمونههای گرده، عسل، لارو، شفیره و زنبور بالغ از منطقه طالقان کرج به منظور شناسائی بیماری های قارچی جمع آوری گردیدند. در نمونه های کشت گرده و زنبور بالغ (دستگاه گوارش) تعدادی لارو حشره مشاهده و جداسازی شد. پس از حدود یک هفته انکوباسیون لاروها تبدیل به مگس های بالغ شدند. در بررسیها ی اولیه مگس یاده شده از خانواده فوریده (Phoridae) و جنس مگاسیلیا (Megaselia SP.) تشخیص داده شدو پس از ارسال به مرکز رفرانس جهانی گونه مگاسلیا اسکالاریس(Megaselia scalaris) تائید شد .

تجاری سازی حشرات و فرآورده های آنها
علی بهشتی1، علیرضا منفرد2 1. دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد حشرهشناسی، گروه گیاهپزشکی، دانشکده کشاورزی، دانشگاه یاسوج 2. استادیار گروه گیاهپزشکی، دانشکده کشاورزی، دانشگاه یاسوج نویسنده مکاتبه کننده: دکتر علیرضا منفرد alirezamonfared1@yahoo.com چکیده در جهان امروز تولید و بهرهوری از حشرات و فرآوردههای مختلف آنها در جنبههای مهم زندگی بشر از جمله صنایع غذایی، تولیداتکشاورزی، صنعتی، بهداشتی، تزیینی، گردشگری و تحقیقات علمی، تجارت پرسودی را در سراسر دنیا ایجاد نموده است. پرورش انبوه زنبورهای گردهافشان غیر از زنبور عسل مانند زنبورهای مخملی[1] سالانه میلیاردها یورو درآمد عاید شرکتهای تجاری بزرگ تولید کننده این زنبورها مینماید. شرکتهای بزرگ تجاری مانند کوپرت[2] و بایوبست[3]با تولید انبوه دشمنان طبیعی که بخش مهمی از مدیریت و کنترل آفات را تشکیل میدهند، هم درآمد زیادی را کسب مینمایند و هم برای حفاظت از کشاورزی و سلامتی انسان اقدام مهمی را انجام میدهند. آشنایی دانش آموختگان دانشگاهی رشته کشاورزی، با جنبههای کارآفرینی حشرات و فرآوردههای آنها میتواند زمینههای ایجاد شرکتهای دانش بنیان را ایجاد نماید و زمینه اشتغال بسیاری از جوانان را فراهم نماید. بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی جمعیت های زنبور عسل(Apis mellifera L.) شهرستان جیرفت با استفاده از نشانگرهای ریزماهواره
عطااله رحیمی1*، مهدیه اسدی2 و روح الله عبدالشاهی3 1- دانشجوی دکتری حشره شناسی کشاورزی، گروه گیاهپزشکی، دانشکدهی کشاورزی، دانشگاه رازی، کرمانشاه 2- استادیار گروه گیاهپزشکی، دانشکدهی کشاورزی، دانشگاه شهیدباهنر، کرمان 3- استادیار گروه زراعت و اصلاح نباتات، دانشکدهی کشاورزی، دانشگاه شهیدباهنر، کرمان * مسئول مکاتبات، پست الکترونیکی: Rahimi.ata.1@gmail.com چکیده: جهت بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی جمعیتهای زنبورعسل، 50 زنبورکارگر از دو زنبورستان در مناطق مختلف شهرستان جیرفت با استفاده از نشانگرهای ریزماهواره مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.DNA ژنومی استخراج شده از 50 زنبورکارگر، با استفاده از 5 جفت آغازگر ریزماهواره، تحت واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز قرار گرفت و محصولات این واکنشها روی ژل پلیآکریلامید غیر واسرشتهساز، الکتروفورز شدند. در مجموع، 21 آلل چندشکل مشاهده گردید. میانگین اطلاعات چندشکلی (PIC) زنبورهای عسل این شهرستان، 57/28% محاسبه شد. نشانگر A7 بیشترین (31%) و نشانگرهای A28 ،A43 کمترین(12%) مقدار PIC را در جمعیتهای این شهرستان نشان دادند. بیشترین و کمترین تعداد آلل به ترتیب در جایگاههایژنی A7 و A28، A43 مشاهده شد. تمامی جایگاهها انحراف معنیداری از تعادل هاردی واینبرگ نشان دادند. میانگین تنوع ژنی نی() و شاخص اطلاعاتی شانون نیز به ترتیب (2942/0) و (4601/0) محاسبه گردید. بیشترین تعداد آلل مشاهده شده در بین 5 جایگاه متعلق به جایگاهژنی A7 (6 آلل) و کمترین آن متعلق به جایگاههایژنی A28 و A43 (3 آلل) بود. دامنه هتروزیگوسیتی برای این جایگاهها در جمعیتهای زنبورعسل دو زنبورستان تحت مطالعه بین(489/0) در جایگاههای A28 تا (740/0) در جایگاهژنی A7 متغییر بود. همچنین روابط ژنتیکی بین نمونهها با استفاده از ماتریس تشابه محاسبه و دندروگرام حاصل با استفاده از روش UPGMA ترسیم گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که با وجود عدم شباهت بین دو زنبورستان از نظر جغرافیایی، تنوع پایینی بین افراد وجود داشت. تشابه ژنتیکی بین جمعیتهای زنبورعسل دو زنبورستان مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق، می تواند ناشی از مهاجرت، داشتن قشلاق - ییلاق مشترک و تلاقی زنبورها از نقاط مختلف این شهرستان را با هم دانست.

زنبوران عسل بهداشتیِ مقاوم به کنه واروآ
محسن علمی1 و سید عباس رافت2 1. دانشجوی دکترای علوم دامی دانشگاه تبریز و محقق مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی آ. شرقی 2. دانشیار گروه علوم دامی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز چکیده به دلیل اثرات سوء استفاده از کنه کش ها، نیاز به اصلاح نژاد زنبوران عسل(Apis mellifera L.) برای مقاومت به کنه واروآ بیش از گذشته احساس می شود. اخیراً صفت زنبوران عسل بهداشتی مقاوم به کنه واروآ به عنوان موثرترین صفت برای کاهش جمعیت کنه واروآ(Varroa destructor , Anderson and Trueman) مورد توجه دانشمندان و زنبورداران قرار گرفته است. کلنی های VSH میزان جمعیت کنه را از طریق مکانیسم هایی از جمله کاهش تولید مثل کنه در داخل سلولها، شناسایی سلولهای آلوده و درپوش برداری و خارج سازی شفیره های آلوده به کنه کاهش می دهند. این صفت با سه روش شامل اندازه گیری میزان ناباروری کنه، اندازه گیری میزان درپوش برداری شانهای آلوده و سنجش تفاوت میزان آلودگی به کنه در سلول های شفیرگی قبل و بعد از قرار گرفتن در کلنی های VSH، بسته به شرایط و امکانات، اندازه گیری می شود. برنامه های اصلاح نژادی برای این صفت در آمریکای شمالی آغاز شده و هدف اصلی آنها افزایش قابلیت مقاومت به واروآ در کلنی هلی زنبورعسل می باشد. زنبوران VSH بطور خالص در زنبورستان های تجاری مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته و هیبرید کردن آنها با زنبوران معمولی بر روی سایر صفات تولیدی اثر منفی نشان نداده است. مطالعاتی در زمینه ی شناسایی ژنهای کنترل کننده ی VSH و نقشه یابی جایگاه های صفت کمی انجام شده و یک QTL عمده و یک QTL احتمالی و یک ژن کاندیدا برای آن شناسایی شده است. ولی در حالت کلی باور بر این است اطلاعات مولکولی موجود هنوز به آن اندازه زیاد و روشن نیست که بتوان در انتخاب کلنی های مقاوم به واروآ صرفاً بر آنها تکیه کرد. مطالعه این صفت در سایر زنبوران عسل دنیا از جمله توده زنبورعسل موجود در ایران برای دستیابی به اطلاعات دقیق تر سودمند خواهد بود. پیشنهاد شده که تا مادامی که نیاز به استفاده از کنه کش ها بطور کامل از بین نرفته، صفت VSH باید همواره به عنوان قسمتی از مدیریت تلفیقی مبارزه با کنه در کلنی های زنبورعسل مد نظر قرار گیرد

شیوه های متنوع رفتاری درحفظ تعامل اکولوژیک گیاهان و زنبورها و عوامل بر هم زننده آن
چکیده اکثر گیاهان برای بقاء، نیازمند به زنبورها هستند و زنبورها نیز برای بقاء، خواسته یا ناخواسته در محیطی مملو از عوامل سازگار و ناسازگار، جلب گیاهان شده و این چنین، روابط اکولوژیک، شکل میگیرند. اما این روابط اغلب ساده نبوده، به طرق مختلف برقرار میشود و عوامل اکولوژیک نیز تنها به گیاهان و زنبورها بسنده نمیگردد. در این بررسی سعی شده است به عملکرد متقابل گیاهان و زنبورها در به کارگیری شیوهها و چگونگی حفظ روابط اکولوژیک در ابعاد و شرایط مختلف و نیز عوامل بر هم زننده آن بپردازیم. در این ارتباط، مورفولوژی و فیزیولوژی گل و فیزیولوژی و خصوصیات رفتاری زنبورها اهمیت زیادتری پیدا میکند. زیبایی طبیعت نیز بسته به وجود همین روابط تنگاتنگ و زنجیروار میان موجودات آن است. اما از میان صفات مورفولوژیک گل به نظر میرسد، رنگها و طرحها اهمیت بیشتری دارند، تا حدی که زنبورها قبل از تغییر رنگ گلها به سراغشان میروند. از صفات فیزیولوژیک گل؛ ترکیبات و حجم یا تراکم شهد و گرده، جایگاه خاص و مهمتری دارند. با وجودی که سن گل یکی از دلایل جذب زنبورعسل است اما تراکم شهد و گرده برای زنبور مهمتر از سن و طرح گل است. رنگ گلها معرف میزان شهد یا گرده نیز هست، ارجحیت نوع رنگ در مناطق مختلف، فرق دارد و نشان از سازگاری زنبورها به منطقه جغرافیایی خاص دارد. زنبورهای عسل، قدرت کم نظیری در درک شدت و کیفیت عطرها دارند. تعامل گیاهان و زنبورها، با نوعی تلاش مُسرّانه در حفظ روابط اکولوژیک، استوار است، اما وقتی عوامل مداخلهگر غیر طبیعی وارد میشوند، در اغلب موارد، پاسخ و بازخورد موفقیتآمیز نخواهد بود. این قبیل دخالتها مانند تراریختها، ایجاد اشکال و طرحهای هیبرید گلها و روانه کردن آنها به طبیعت، سبب تغییرات زیادی در شکل ظاهری گلها شده است. در این میان، گیاهان که اولین حلقه از ارتباط به شمار میآیند آسیبپذیرتر هستند، چون نه تنها عامل عرضه کننده خود در طبیعت از نظر زنبورها را از دست میدهند بلکه به دلیل اختلالات ژنتیکی، بذرهایی تولید میکنند که غالباً نابارورند و جایی در عرصه اکوسیستم ندارند. در این میان تنها شرکتهای سودجوی وارد کننده بذرها و پایهها به اهداف خود میرسند. در ضمن ممکن است عسلهایی با کیفیت کم یا حتی نامطلوب تهیه شوند.

Crewe (ترجمهی فصل نهم کتاب "زنبوران عسل آسیایی" اثر پروفسور هپبورن و پروفسور رادلف (2011)[1]) شماره تماس: 09352400167 ایمیل: ghasemi_taghi@yahoo.com در سال 1972 بِلام[2] و برند[3] اذعان نمودند که حشرات دارای زندگی اجتماعی، دارای یک منبع غنی از ترکیبات فرّار میباشند ((این موضوع) در ابتدا توسطRene de Reaumur (1926) در (کتاب) تاریخ طبیعی مورچهها اشاره شده است). در میان این مواد فرار، فرومونها قرار دارند که ترکیبات شیمیایی رها شده بوسیلهی یک فرد از یک گونه جهت برقراری ارتباط با سایر افراد از همان گونه استفاده میشود. رفتار و موفقیت یک کلنی زنبورعسل اغلب توسط شدت و تکرار پاسخ افراد به این محرکها و پس از آن انجام وظیفهی مربوطه تعیین میشود (Pankiw et al., 1994). زنبوران عسل حشراتی دارای زندگی اجتماعی در سطح عالی بوده و در کلنی این زنبوران دو نوع از زنبوران ماده[4]، شامل یک زنبور ماده ملکه و چندین هزار زنبور ماده کارگر وجود دارد. ملکهی یک کلنی زنبوران عسل مولد اصلی[5] و در حقیقت بعنوان سرپرست کلنی بشمار میرود که توسط فرومونهای آغازگر[6] و راه انداز[7] جنبههای مختلف رفتاری زنبوران کارگر را کنترل نموده و از تولید مثل این زنبوران جلوگیری مینماید.
